Call for Volunteers!! Do you have experience raising money for worthy causes? Do you enjoy working with people and organizations in organizing and participating in fundraisers? If you answered yes to either of those questions then, the Friends of Government Canyon needs you. Volunteers are currently needed to assist the fundraising committee in fundraising efforts. If you are interested please complete the volunteer information sheet and email to fundraising@friendsofgc.org or contact Belinda Idrogo at (210) 244-3984.

Current and new volunteers are needed to assist Natural Area Peace Officer and Staff close down and sweep trails each open day, Friday through Monday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.  Volunteers will perform various duties depending on day, trail conditions and weather.  Interested hikers and mountain bikers e-mail volunteer@friendsofgc.org
